Terms of service

Subreddit Audit is a free tool that audits Reddit Ads reports, with a paid AI plan writer and a developer API. By using the site or a key, you agree to these terms. They're short, and the privacy page covers what happens to your data.

Who runs it

Subreddit Audit is built and run by an independent developer. Write to heckitshim@gmail.com for anything about these terms, a payment or a key.

What the audit is, and isn't

The audit gives each subreddit a statistical call (cut, spend more or keep testing) and a likely cost per conversion, estimated from the report you give it. The calls are probabilities, not guarantees: they can be wrong, especially on small or unusual reports, and they depend on the report being accurate. The methodology page explains how they're made and how often they're right in testing. You decide what to do with your ad spend, and you're responsible for those decisions.

Plans from the plan writer are written by a language model from the audit's results. Read them as suggestions; they can contain mistakes.

Credits and keys

Payments

Card payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record and handles sales tax and receipts under its own terms. Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments under its own terms. This site never sees your card number or wallet.

Refunds

A credit pack can be fully refunded within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Email heckitshim@gmail.com from the address on your receipt, with the first 12 characters of your key (never the whole key). A refunded pack's credits are set to zero. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

Fair use

Please don't:

Keys used this way can be suspended. If a key is suspended for anything other than fraud, its unused credits are refunded.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We try to keep it running and correct, but can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and features may change. If paid features are ever shut down, the site will say so at least 30 days before.

To the extent the law allows, Subreddit Audit isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including ad spend, lost sales or lost profits, and its total liability to you is limited to what you paid for credits in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and law

These terms may be updated; the date below shows the latest version, and changes don't apply to credits already bought where they'd make things worse for you. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
